Accessibility
The AMA site strives to make all of our content available to all of our visitors. We do this using two complimentary methods:
Access Keys
These are keyboard shortcuts you can use to quickly jump to key areas of our site. You can activate links this way by holding down the "Alt" button on your keyboard and then pressing the access key. The keys supported on our site are as follows:
- S = Skip navigation
- 1 = Home page
- 2 = Latest news
- 3 = Site map
- 8 = Data protection, privacy and legal statement
- 0 = Accessibility information (this page)
Accessible site design
The site is designed and built according to Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) guidelines, and is rated to W3C WCAG P3 / "AAA" level. This means that as far as we are able, content will be available to both the majority of the public and those with disabilities, including visitors with partial or complete blindness.
As well as the Access Keys detailed above, the guidelines ensure that visitors using non-visual web browsers can navigate the site easily and find the information they need independently.
